Construction & Fit

  • Stiff, flat outsole — promotes a grounded, stable base for compound lifts including squats and deadlifts, keeping heel-to-floor contact consistent throughout the movement
  • Elevated heel block — the heel shape provides a modest lift that aids squat depth and upright torso positioning during lower-body training
  • Structured cushioning — firmer underfoot feel than a standard running shoe, reducing energy loss and keeping your footing planted under load
  • Belt-style ankle strap — reinforced strap locks the ankle in place during lateral movements and heavy sets, reducing foot shift inside the shoe
  • High-top silhouette — the extended collar supports the ankle joint and reduces inward roll during unilateral exercises

Training Use
